Free PDF + editable BoboCreate template
Write a Recital Sponsorship Letter in Minutes
Local businesses are glad to support a recital when asking is easy for them. This free letter and levels sheet open in BoboCreate, so you can add your studio, dates and prices and send them the same day.
Both downloads are the free edition. The .bobo file opens in BoboCreate Desktop.
The editable file imports in BoboCreate Free 0.3.19 or later. It uses one of Free's three design places, and its own artwork does not count toward your three uploaded images. Older versions of the app need BoboCreate activated to import it, so update BoboCreate first.
The letter explains what the program is, how many families it reaches and the deadline. The levels sheet lists ad sizes for a 5.5 × 8.5 in program, with blank prices.
Tick only the extras your studio can deliver, and delete the rest.
What the free template includes
- A sponsorship letter on studio letterhead
- A levels sheet: six levels, sizes and notes, prices blank
- Optional extras to tick: lobby sign, stage thank-you, website, seats
Set your prices
Every price is a blank field. Your studio sets its own, and the template does not suggest any.
Give one clear deadline
Ask for artwork and payment a few weeks before the program goes to print, and write the date with the year.
Thank sponsors twice
A printed thank-you and a copy of the program bring sponsors back next year. The full kit adds a thank-you letter and a certificate.
