Nothing is wrong with the file. Windows shows this for any program it has not seen often enough yet, and a certificate that would vouch for us costs several hundred pounds a year, which we have not bought. We will.

If there is no More info link, right-click the downloaded file, choose Properties, tick Unblock at the bottom, then open it again.

Designs you make yourself

Start from blank and you have three days to try everything. After that the app keeps working — your designs still open, edit and save — but downloading the ones you made needs a key.

Open the design you bought

Everything you bought sits in one place on your own computer. Nothing to log in to, and it opens whether or not you have internet.

Change anything on it

The words, the photograph, the colours, the fonts. Add pages, add your own pictures, move things about — it is the whole design, not a form with a few boxes to fill in.

The export panel open, with PDF chosen and options for bleed, trim marks, page size and several copies to a sheet. — Saving it out: a PDF your print shop will accept — with bleed and trim marks, and several to a sheet if you are printing at home. Or PNG, JPG, SVG, or a file for a Cricut.

Why not just use the website?

It works with no internet. Everything is on your computer, so a bad connection cannot interrupt you halfway through a design. A licence key is confirmed with us once when you put it in; after that you can work offline for weeks at a stretch. Designs you bought on bobotemp never need a key at all.
The files are yours. They sit in a folder you can back up. Nothing stops working if you stop paying.
Print-ready output. PDF with bleed and trim marks, at 300 DPI, several copies to a sheet — what a print shop actually asks for.
The sizes you need are already there. Invitation, chip bag, ticket, bottle label, shirt print, print-on-demand upload, wall art, Pinterest pin — sixty of them, ready to start from.
Video invitations. Pages that play with effects and music, saved as an MP4 you can send.
