Printable Concert Program: a Free 4-Page Template
A concert program is organized by ensemble and set, not by performer. This free 4-page program opens in BoboCreate, ready for your choir and orchestra.
Both downloads are the free edition. The .bobo file opens in BoboCreate Desktop.
The editable file imports in BoboCreate Free 0.3.19 or later. It uses one of Free's three design places, and its own artwork does not count toward your three uploaded images. Older versions of the app need BoboCreate activated to import it, so update BoboCreate first.
Each set is headed by its ensemble and conductor; each work has its composer, arranger and soloists on their own lines.
The back page holds your directors, members and thank-yous.
What the free template includes
- A cover with your ensemble, date, time and venue
- Two program pages with four ensemble sets and an intermission
- A back page for directors, members and acknowledgments
Credit the arranger and the text
A choral arrangement is its own work: write arr. and the arranger’s name. If the text has an author, add Text: and the name under the composer.
Soloists on one line
Under the work, list each soloist with their voice or instrument, separated by middle dots.
Texts need permission
Print a sung text only if it is in the public domain or you have permission from the publisher. Otherwise print the title and a one-line summary.
Open the editable template in BoboCreate
- Download and install BoboCreate Desktop for Mac or Windows.
- Download the free `free-concert-program-4-page.bobo` file.
- In BoboCreate, choose Open or Import and select the file.
- Type your ensembles, conductors and works; check every name with a section leader.
- Export a PDF and print it as a booklet.
