Free PDF + editable BoboCreate template
The Locked Archive: Free Case File Preview
A case file is a murder mystery you solve from the evidence alone: no host, no roles, nobody who knows the answer. This free preview shows how The Locked Archive works and who the suspects are.
Both downloads are the free edition. The .bobo file opens in BoboCreate Desktop.
The editable file imports in BoboCreate Free 0.3.19 or later. It uses one of Free's three design places, and its own artwork does not count toward your three uploaded images. Older versions of the app need BoboCreate activated to import it, so update BoboCreate first.
The preview is two pages: how a case file works, and the case with its seven suspects.
It is spoiler-free and not solvable on its own — the evidence and the solution are in the full case file.
What the free template includes
- How a case file works, step by step
- The case and the question you must answer
- The seven suspects and what they do
Solo or with friends
Play alone in about an hour, or share out the suspect files among up to four players and agree on one accusation.
Sealed stages
The evidence comes in three stages. You open the next one only when the last has narrowed the suspects, so the answer stays hidden until you have earned it.
