Free PDF + editable BoboCreate template
Make a Dance Class Tribute Ad for the Recital Program
A class ad lets every family celebrate together. This free 5 × 4 in sample opens in BoboCreate, with a class photo and names on one page and the names alone on the other.
Both downloads are the free edition. The .bobo file opens in BoboCreate Desktop.
The editable file imports in BoboCreate Free 0.3.19 or later. It uses one of Free's three design places, and its own artwork does not count toward your three uploaded images. Older versions of the app need BoboCreate activated to import it, so update BoboCreate first.
Start with permission: a photo or a name goes in only with each family’s yes. A group photo shows everyone in it, so use one only if every family in it agreed.
If some families prefer no photo, the text-only page keeps the whole class in the program.
What the free template includes
- A class photo with every first name
- A text-only version
- Black-and-white pages that turn photos gray
Paste the names
Each names column is one text box: paste one first name per line. Columns are sized for first names of up to 13 characters.
Replace the photo
Click the sample picture, choose Replace image… and pick the class photo. It turns gray on the black-and-white page by itself.
Send it on time
Export a PDF and send it before the studio’s deadline. The studio sets the size and the fee.
