How to Edit and Print Free Farewell Memory Cards

The free Farewell Memory Starter is a four-page PDF and editable .bobo for a respectful 20-minute retirement or going-away gathering. It never supplies invented facts about the person being honored.

Both downloads are the free edition. The .bobo file opens in BoboCreate Desktop.

The editable file imports in BoboCreate Free 0.3.19 or later. It uses one of Free's three design places, and its own artwork does not count toward your three uploaded images. Older versions of the app need BoboCreate activated to import it, so update BoboCreate first.

Ask the honoree what they would like before inviting contributions — including nothing at all.

Each contribution card lets its writer choose separately whether it may be read aloud, printed in a keepsake or show their name.

Open the editable starter

Import the .bobo into BoboCreate Desktop. It is one four-page design with two pictures (the cover still life and a small letter header), so it uses one of the Free plan’s three design places.

Choose the right words

Use “Happy Retirement” only for a retirement. For a private or sensitive reason, the neutral “Thank You & Farewell” is kinder.

Respect every tick

Read aloud only cards marked for it, and show a name only when that box is ticked. Blank or contradictory ticks mean private. The premium kit adds a memory book built from cards marked for a printed keepsake.
