Free PDF + editable BoboCreate template
Dance Recital Run of Show and Quick-Change Check
Most backstage panics start in the running order: one dancer in two numbers back to back. This free two-page sheet opens in BoboCreate so you can list the show and catch those spots before show day.
Both downloads are the free edition. The .bobo file opens in BoboCreate Desktop.
Page one is the run of show: number, class, dancers, length, entrance and notes.
Page two is the quick-change check, with a worked example.
What the free template includes
- A run of show for up to 15 numbers
- A quick-change check with three flags
- A STAFF ONLY version banner
Time every number
Time each piece at dress rehearsal and add 30 seconds for each change-over.
Flag the tight spots
Back to back is a CONFLICT: move a number or take the dancer out of one. Off stage for under three minutes is a QUICK CHANGE: give that dancer a helper, a light and a preset costume.
Keep it with staff
A run sheet with dancers’ names stays backstage. Write the version and print date on every copy.
