Free PDF + editable BoboCreate template
Planning a Dance Recital with Two Shows
Two shows double the chances of a mix-up: a dancer in the wrong cast, two classes in one room, a family at the wrong door. This free two-page sheet opens in BoboCreate so you can plan both shows on one page.
Both downloads are the free edition. The .bobo file opens in BoboCreate Desktop.
Page one sets each show’s call time, curtain, cast and dressing area, and the leads for each show.
Page two lists every dancer who appears in more than one show, with a note on where they wait between shows.
What the free template includes
- Shows at a glance with leads
- A cast matrix for dancers in more than one show
- A STAFF ONLY version box
Separate call time from curtain
Dancers arrive at their call time, well before the curtain. Write both for every show.
Plan the dancers in both shows
A dancer in both shows needs a place to rest, a snack and an adult in charge between shows. A gap of a few minutes between a release and the next call is too short.
One version
Number every version of the running order and throw old copies away.
