How to Customize a Craft Fair Vendor Checklist
A packing list only helps if it matches your booth. This free three-page starter opens in BoboCreate, so you can type in your own products, swap generic items for the ones your craft needs and print a fresh copy for every market.
Both downloads are the free edition. The editable file opens in BoboCreate Desktop.
Use the PDF as it is if you prefer to write by hand. Open the `.bobo` file when you sell at several events and want a version that already lists your products, your setup routine and your usual load-in times.
The pages organize your own plan and counts. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice, and every organizer sets its own rules, so the starter asks you to check them rather than assuming them.

Make the checklist match your craft
Replace items you never bring and add the ones you always forget. A candle maker may add jar lids and fragrance cards; a jeweler may add a mirror and ring cones. Keep each item short enough to read at a glance while you pack.
- Delete “Canopy and leg weights” for indoor-only shows.
- Add your own display pieces by name.
- Keep the setup order to six steps or fewer.
Pre-fill the inventory with your products
Type your product names and prices into the inventory table once, then print a copy before each event and write only the counts by hand. Replace the example soap row with your own first product.
- Sold = Brought − Left at close.
- Sales $ = Sold × Price.
- Use the restock note to plan quantities for the next show.
Set your usual schedule, then print
Add the times you normally leave, arrive and open, and edit the night-before checks to suit your vehicle and payment setup. Print on US Letter paper at Actual Size or 100%.
What the full organizer adds
The 23-page organizer adds worked pricing and card-fee pages, break-even, a cash float and end-of-day cash count, sales logs, expenses, a profit summary and post-market reviews. It is not available until its Bobotemp listing is separately approved.
Open the editable template in BoboCreate
- Download and install BoboCreate Desktop for Mac or Windows.
- Download the free `free-craft-fair-vendor-starter.bobo` file.
- In BoboCreate, choose Open or Import and select the file.
- Edit the checklist items, product rows and times; preview all three pages.
- Export a PDF and print at 100% or Actual Size.
