Everything needed to sell it
One button writes a folder holding everything a printable needs to go on sale: two PDFs, a full-resolution picture, a listing preview, a drafted description with tags, and a note for the buyer.
What is in the folder
-print.pdf | For a print shop: bleed on every side, trim marks outside it. |
|---|---|
-home.pdf | For a buyer's own printer: no bleed, no marks, just the finished size. |
-300dpi.png | The full-resolution picture. |
-preview.jpg | About 2000 px, for listing photos. |
listing.txt | A draft title, description and 13 tags. |
README.txt | A note to the buyer explaining the rest. |
Two PDFs, because buyers print in two different places
This is the part sellers most often get wrong. A file set up for a print shop has bleed and trim marks on it, and a customer who opens that on a home printer sees crop marks and a design that does not fit their paper. A file set up for home printing has neither, and a print shop will ask you for a proper one.
Both are in the folder, named so it is obvious which is which, and the README says so too.
The draft listing is a starting point
The title, description and tags are written from the design's size and the files beside it. It has not seen the artwork. It knows you have a 5 × 7 in printable with a print PDF, a home PDF and a 300 DPI picture; it does not know it is a dinosaur party invitation. Treat it as a form with the boring parts filled in, not as copy to paste.
When the option appears
For a design you made yourself, in the desktop app, that is not a video.
It is deliberately absent for designs bought from bobotemp. That licence covers printing a design for your own celebration, not reselling it, and some of those designs use characters or brands owned by other people. A control that offered the pack and then refused would have suggested the idea first.
Where to sell it
That is up to you — the folder is ordinary files and works anywhere digital downloads are sold. If you are listing on Etsy, the two-PDF split and the 300 DPI picture are what buyers there expect.
